1. Patient Requirement

2. Financial Commitment
TA & DA Contribution
If the minimum patient requirement is not met, the collaborating center will be required to contribute a fixed amount per visit to cover basic Travel & Daily Allowance (TA & DA) expenses of the visiting consultant.

What we need
Operational Requirements
To ensure smooth execution, the collaborating center must provide the following support and resources for every OPD session or medical camp. A detailed medicine list and imaging/lab requirements will be shared upon confirmation of partnership.
Two Support Staff Members
To assist the consultant during OPD and procedures. Staff should be trained in patient coordination and basic procedural assistance.
Medicine Arrangement
As per ENT OPD requirements — a detailed medicine list will be shared prior to each session.
Local Imaging & Lab Services
Mention whether in-house or outsourced. Details required for pre-session planning and patient referral management.
Pamphlet Distribution
Through local newspapers for wider community outreach and maximum patient awareness before every session.
Local Area Announcements
To inform and engage the community in the lead-up to every OPD and medical camp.
