Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta is a highly respected ENT specialist and the Founder of Satkriti Hospital, Varanasi, established in 2012 with a vision to deliver ethical, compassionate, and advanced ENT healthcare.
A pioneer in the field of ENT, Dr. Gupta has dedicated his career to the diagnosis and treatment of complex ear, nose, throat, and hearing disorders.

Experience & Training
Dr. Gupta completed his MS (ENT) in 2004 from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, and went on to serve as a Senior Resident (ENT) at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Hospital, New Delhi (2005–2008), a Senior Research Fellow at AIIMS, New Delhi (2005–2012), and Senior ENT Consultant at NMDC (2008–2012), where he received extensive clinical, surgical, and research experience. During this period, he actively contributed to WHO-led projects on deafness awareness.
In a defining moment of courage, he and his wife declined a lucrative international opportunity in Dubai (₹15–20 lakh/year) to instead invest their expertise in building a clinic in Varanasi — an initiative that evolved into the trusted institution known today as Satkriti Hospital.
